Phil Jones

Regional President, West Region

Phil was named regional president in June 2009, responsible for leading the Company’s business development, marketing and sales efforts in the western U.S. He is based in Orange County, Calif.

Prior to this appointment, Phil was vice president of consumer Roundup, a position that brought him to ScottsMiracle-Gro in June 2007 from Monsanto, which owns the Roundup brand.

In his 16-year career at Monsanto, Phil had several business and marketing positions, the most recent being Roundup UK business director.
