Andy Coogle

Senior Vice President & Assistant General Counsel

Andy was named senior vice president in January 2008. He leads a team that provides general legal support to the Company on a global basis.

Most recently, he was vice president, Legal, primarily for the North America business and key functions.

Andy joined ScottsMiracle-Gro in May 2000, and, during his career, he has been the legal support to various business units and functions, the lead attorney on strategic projects and the Company's in-house securities lawyer.

Prior to ScottsMiracle-Gro, Andy was a senior associate for Coopers & Lybrand, a public accounting firm, and a corporate and securities lawyer in the law firm of Benesch Friedlander Coplan and Aronoff.

He earned his bachelor's degree and his J.D. from The Ohio State University.
