Andy Coogle

Senior Vice President, Legal Compliance Sustainability

Andy leads the Company's legal compliance sustainability initiative, a position he has held since March 2009. He is responsible for developing and executing sustainable risk mitigation plans as required and designing the Company’s organizational compliance model.

Andy joined ScottsMiracle-Gro in May 2000, and has been the legal support to various business units and functions, the lead attorney on strategic projects and the Company's in-house securities lawyer.

Prior to ScottsMiracle-Gro, Andy was a senior associate for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

He earned his bachelor's degree and his J.D. from The Ohio State University.
