Michel Gasnier

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, International

Michel was named senior vice president in October 2007. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company's International business, which includes the Consumer and Professional businesses in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. He is also chief of staff for the International Management Team.

Michel joined ScottsMiracle-Gro in 2005 as chief financial officer responsible for Europe, the assignment he held before current position.

Prior to ScottsMiracle-Gro, he was chief financial officer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions at Nortel Networks. He also had leadership assignments with Digital Equipment and Sun Microsystems.

He is a graduate of Ecole de Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord in France, where he earned an MBA degree.
