Keith Baeder

Senior Vice President and General Manager, North America Gardens

Keith was named senior vice president in January 2008. He is responsible for the Company's Gardens business in North America, which includes plant food and growing media, primarily under the Miracle-Gro® brand. He is also responsible for the Company's wild bird food business.

He was most recently vice president, Gardens Marketing, an assignment he began in 2004.

Keith began his career with ScottsMiracle-Gro in 1993 as marketing business manager for growing media and was soon after promoted to director of Marketing in 1995. In 2001, he was named vice president, Growing Media Marketing.

Prior to joining ScottsMiracle-Gro, Keith was a senior brand manager at Church & Dwight Company. He also held leadership positions in marketing with Nestle and Lehn & Fink.

He earned his bachelor of arts degree in business management from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa., and is a graduate of the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University.
