Dan Paradiso

Senior Vice President and General Manager, North America Lawns

Dan is in charge of the North America Consumer Lawns business, a position he has held since September 2007. He also leads the North America Growth and Innovation initiative.

After joining ScottsMiracle-Gro in December 1996 as a marketing manager, Dan held key leadership roles in marketing, supply chain and sales. In July 2004, he was named senior vice president, North America Sales.

Prior to his career at ScottsMiracle-Gro, Dan worked for The Andersons for 12 years where he held a variety of manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and marketing positions in the Lawn Products group.

Dan is a graduate of Bowling Green State University (Ohio), where he earned a bachelor's degree in environmental policy and analysis and a master's degree in public administration.
