Pete Supron

Senior Vice President
Global Purchasing

Pete was named senior vice president in November 2008 and is responsible for creating and implementing strategies globally to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and supply of all direct and indirectly sourced materials.

He was most recently vice president of Global Purchasing, an assignment he began in November 2005.

Pete joined ScottsMiracle-Gro in 1998 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility during his time with the Company, including manager, Planning and Corporate Development; director, Finance; vice president, Finance; and most recently vice president, Global Purchasing.

Before joining the Company, Pete worked for Cooper Industries as manager, Strategic Planning and analyst, Strategic Planning.

Pete earned a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and completed his MBA degree at the University of Chicago.
