Vince Brockman

Executive Vice President & General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer

Vince is executive vice president and general counsel, with overall leadership responsibility for the Company's global Legal function and activities, a position he has held since January 2008. He is also the Company's Chief Ethics Officer.

Vince joined the Company's Legal function in 2002 as assistant general counsel. He was named chief ethics and compliance officer in 2004 and chief administrative officer in 2006. In February 2007, Vince was promoted to senior vice president and later named as interim head of Legal.

Prior to joining ScottsMiracle-Gro, Vince was the assistant general counsel of Borden Foods Corporation.

He has a bachelor's degree in history from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and a J.D. degree from The Ohio State University.
