Q: Can you verify you received my application?
A: Yes, contact either the phone number or email above and provide your name, phone number and email address.
Q: How long does it take before I hear something about my application?
A: It is common for a posting to stay up for 30 days. However, it is possible the time may be shorter or longer depending on the response rate.
Q: I cannot get into my account to apply. Can you help?
A: Yes, contact either the phone number or email above and provide your username – a system administrator will reset your password. You will receive an email with the new password.
Q: I am having difficulty applying. Can you assist?
A: Yes, an admin can assist you through the application process, simply call the phone number listed above. If the system already recognizes you, but you do not remember applying before, please make your user name more unique. Someone else is probably using the name you are trying. The message may indicate a problem recognizing the email, however, we have found that the username is usually the issue.
