The center features a professionally managed Fitness Services center with a wide range of supervised exercise classes and individualized health programs. Fitness Services has convenient hours of operations, including early morning, late evening and Saturday hours. It is available to associates, spouses and dependents age 16 and above for a nominal fee.
In addition, the Wellness Center has a fully staffed Medical Services office that provides primary care, urgent care, occupational health, nutrition and physical therapy services. Associates on the Company medical plan and their dependents can use Medical Services free of charge.
The Wellness Center also contains an on-site pharmacy.
Our campus features a park with a pool that is supervised by trained lifeguards, as well as a volleyball court, tennis courts and open spaces for play.
In addition, the park contains walking trails, a designated arboretum and garden plots for associates' use. The park is open to associates and their families.
With the water, landscaping, open areas and forest cover on our property, our campus is an on-site bird sanctuary and feeding research center. We are able to simulate the many environments in which consumers may be feeding birds, and these studies are used in our bird food business. Nearly 200 bird species have been spotted on our campus, representing roughly 25 percent of the North American species.
During the lawn and garden season in Ohio, associates may purchase discounted products at our Associate Store.
Our on-site credit union provides associates and their families with convenient financial services.
